Based on the elastic interconnection technology of the button, a 1:16 X-band power division network is designed, which can greatly reduce the number of interconnection cables and connectors, realize three-dimensional vertical interconnection, and has the advantages of no welding, repeated disassembly and repair. The Wilkinson power divider, the vertical transition of metallized holes and the vertical interconnection of buttons are modeled and simulated. The test fixture of the button to button connector is designed and manufactured. The test results show that the amplitude consistency among the standing wave, insertion loss and taps is tested and verified. The test results show that the standing wave is less than 1.4 and the insertion loss is less than 16.5db in the frequency band of 8-12ghz.
