Fuzz-button for LTCC Vertical Interconnection
Based on the techniques of vertical interconnection for 2D LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) microwave modules, the coaxial type and three-button vertical microwave interconnection technique were proposed. These two microwave interconnection structures were simulated and optimized in HFSS. which have a good performance in X band.
